Unauthorized Deduction

I am writing regarding the EFU Family Health Insurance that was activated on my number for Rs. 1,950 on 08-09-2026.
I only received a call where I was told to press 1 to get information in Urdu. I pressed 1 only to receive information and did not knowingly consent to purchase or activate the insurance. However, Rs. 1,950 was deducted from my JazzCash account.
I request you to immediately cancel this insurance and refund the full Rs. 1,950. Please also provide me with the policy number and the record/proof of my consent on the basis of which the policy was activated.
