Transition

I purchased a Jazz discounted bundle for Rs. 680 for my number 03431037402. The confirmation SMS shows the correct number, but the transaction receipt incorrectly displays a Telenor number, 03077640013. The package has not been activated. Both records show the same TID: 728091086086. Please investigate this transaction and either activate the package on the correct number or guide me regarding a refund
