Telenor tower not working

Sir in my area we are facing weak data signals of telenor network.the tower is located is DISTRICT MOHMAND TEHSIL YAKKAGHOND VILLAGE SROW KALAY ....in every month tower is not working for 10 to 15 days please fix this issue the maintanance team of the tower is corrupt and also the person who provided the generator oil for the tower.thay steal the oil and no one care about ....please sir do something
