Still my account not unlocked

Dear EasyPaisa Team!



I‘m Muhammad Hammad Arshad. I’m writing to bring to your attention an issue regarding my easypaisa Account: 032365****88. Which has unexpectedly locked.



My account has been locked because of this payment: (8039PKR) TID: 36185380102. I sold a cat on OLX and they transferred 8039PKR to my easypaisa account from “MARIYEM ZAFAR” Account no: 034553****50 at 02:00 PM on Apr 28, 2025. There's nothing I can do with easypaisa, I can't send payments to other accounts, I can't use any future of easypaisa due to this payment.



23 JUN have passed but still my account is not unlocked. Ticket I'd : 16687448



I respectfully request that you look into my matter and urgently resolve this issue.
