Size Exchange Request

I ordered EU 40, but the slides are tight and I want to exchange them for EU 41. I also noticed that the finishing is not up to the expected standard. The product is unused, only tried once for fitting, with all tags and original packaging intact. Kindly assist with my exchange request.
