Dear Telenor Customer Service,
I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service I have recently experienced with Telenor. Over the past month, I have encountered numerous issues that have significantly affected my usage and overall experience.
Firstly, there have been frequent disruptions in network connectivity in my area, which have resulted in dropped calls and an inability to access mobile data. This issue has persisted despite multiple attempts to resolve it through basic troubleshooting steps, including restarting my phone and resetting network settings.
