Sent me defective product and denied refund

I bought a like new tablet from daraz worth 20,000 and it arrived defective. I informed the seller and returned the product as per return policy within 15 days but they denied refund.
They have been pressurizing me to claim warranty. But all the buyers had mentioned the same defect in the tablet. I asked them if seller again sent me defective product what should I do then. They said you can contact us again. So i asked them to give me in writing that the product that would be sent to me in exchange will have no defects. But they refused to do that either and their behavior was extremely rude. Now I don't have the tablet or the refund. They just robbed me ðŸ˜
