Rude Behaviour of Staff and delay in my process

Chandni Chok Rawalpindi Branch (0803).
I visited this branch for 7-8 times to convert my account from asan current account to Standard account with exceeded limit .
Staff was Rude , non serious. They treated me as they are doing favour for me as i have an account in their bank . it is almost 10,12 days but task is not performed yet .
Asap i have to visit court and issue the legal notice . as they think we customers are just fun for them .
My complaint is registered and no response from them as well
