Hi in my account Rs 79415 freeze from 20/08/2024
I went to bank so many time they told me my amount will b unfreeze with in 24 hours but nothing happen please assist me with it now I dnt know what to do anymore I need that amount? I have all documents and details any transactions. Why do not open my acount

I visited this branch for 7-8 times to convert my account from asan current account to Standard account with exceeded limit .
Staff was Rude , non serious. They treated me as they are doing favour for me as i have an account in their bank . it is almost 10,12 days but task is not performed yet .
Asap i have to visit court and issue the legal notice . as they think we customers are just fun for them .
My complaint is registered and no response from them as well

My account was blocked due to a fake dispute, I have submitted required proofs and they accepted it and said your account will be open soon, Its been 2 Months now my account is still blocked, When I call help center they reply go to branch when i visit branch they said we cant do anything our head department will open it. Even i had submitted complaint to Banking Muhtasib but nothing happened.

I went to the meezan bank nagan chowrangi branch, to submit the amount 50,50000 only, the person who was the cashier he took all the money and put it into the drawer, after then the person adnan claimed 80000 is missing, embarrassingly I am looking forward to the help from the senior management but no response.
Mr irfan I am tagging you in this post the 80000 is not a small amount or fun it's a big scam. I don't know whether all the team members of the branch were involved in this or not,
Surprisingly the reputed bank cameras were blurry too you can't see the clear picture as well. Yesterday they requested me leave the branch due to the late hours. Everything is attached with the name of the person.

multiple online transactions were made without my knowledge. I didn't know until I opened the app and there was no money in it. Bank didn't send any OTP, no sms alert or email of these transactions.
never used this card on any online platform only use it to withdraw money from ATMs. maybe the ATM machines are bugged and stealing data.
I called meezan bank they blocked the card and said we will issue a new card🙄we don't want a card we need the amount back that's why I called the helpline instead of solving my problem and issuing me a new card.
they said we will look into this matter take will take 45 days.
They filed a complaint and gave the request number 262676
