Refund Request

Dear EFU Life Customer Relations,

I am writing to request the immediate cancellation of the EFU Family Health Insurance policy activated through a call associated with JazzCash.
During the call, I was told about the insurance and asked to dial 1. I was not informed that Rs. 1,950 would be deducted from my JazzCash account. I agreed without being told about any charges, but the amount was deducted immediately.
I consider this a lack of proper disclosure of the charges. I request cancellation of the policy and a full refund of Rs. 1,950. Please also provide my policy number and the record of the consent used to activate this policy.
Please confirm receipt of my complaint and provide a complaint reference number.
