Refund after Non Receiption of Order

I placed Order number: ovau-l7cf on 2023-06-18 at 18:45:14 with understanding that I am placing order at Cake Mystery Bakeshop, Link Road, Model Town. I got here and was informed that shop was shut down. When I saw my food panda app, my order was placed at Cake mystery bakeshop Iqbal town. I immediately contacted food panda and requested them to cancel my order. Food panda representative didn't give me refund but forwarded my support request to help center. There has been two days but no response is given. When I commented about the complaint on the Facebook page of food panda, they replied that I am not eligible for a refund without giving any explanation.
