payment not recieved

I'm a seller at daraz seller.pk. i have sold a product on daraz .

The account to recieve my payment is myABL wallet(by Allied bank)

Amount:9427pkr

Daraz has given me the TID:728*****19140116

But even after visiting the Allied bank peopels colony branch Gujranwala bank is claiming that this tid is not related with their bank.

I want daraz or bank dont know who is guilty to refund my payment.
