Payment issue

I placed an order on qhaaf.com on 3rd june. The website directed me to payfast page where i selected easypaisa to make my payment. Money was deducted from my easypaisa account n i received email as well. But the qhaaf people said they have not received the money. So they didnt process my order. I complained to payfast, they said transaction failed on our system, and if easypaisa charged you, they must refund you, then i complained to easypaisa, they say transaction was succesful and theres no problem on their end. And refused to refund
