I’m very sorry to hear that StreamingPro+ didn’t live up to your expectations. We do our work with pride, and it’s always our intention to provide every customer the best experience possible.
We’ve taken a serious look into the matter and discovered that our servers were inaccessible for a long time. This was our fault, and we accept full responsibility.
To fix our mistake, we’d like to offer a full refund as a token of our regret for the inconvenience this has caused you. You should see the total amount returned to your bank account in a couple of days.
Once again, we apologize for your less than satisfactory experience....
