No Response On faulty purchase

Bought heating pad from dvago on 10 april 26 which was faulty asked by the store staff to wait for 40 days for repair now its been 2 months that I haven't got any repaired/new product/refund from the store they always ask us to come next week our manager isn't available new product isn't available and we don't have refund policy as well pathetic staff pathetic service

Sofia, DVAGO ne jo kiya 10 April wala heating pad 40 din ka bol ke 2 mahine se latka raha hai ye fraud hai. Ab aap ye karo: 1. Bill leke store jao aur bolo: "Mujhe abhi refund chahiye, 2 mahine ho gaye. No refund policy faulty product pe nahi chalti." 2. Agar na de to usi waqt Dvago Head Office ko Instagram/Facebook pe yehi complaint tag karo. 3. 3 din me bhi na de to Sindh Consumer Court pe online complaint dal do - Bill ki photo attach kar dena. Dvago khud call karke refund dega. Faulty product ka refund rokna illegal hai, chahe dukaan "no refund policy" ka board hi kyun na lagaye
