I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to formally address a serious concern regarding my recent order from DVAGO, where I was charged more for several medicines than the prices indicated on their packaging. Below are the specific discrepancies I found:

Betnesol N Drop: Charged Rs 89, Actual Price Rs 79
Awadin Plus: Charged Rs 562, Actual Price Rs 526
Gravinate: Charged Rs 139, Actual Price Rs 97
Acenac Tab 100mg: Charged Rs 490, Actual Price Rs 421
Please note that this is not the first time I have encountered such discrepancies. Unfortunately, the frequency and magnitude of these discrepancies have increased, prompting me to reach out now.
