Network And Internet Service Problem

Network/Internet coverage is often slow as a routine and sometimes no service. There is a problem in voice calls connectivity & voice breaking during phone calls as a routine when there is no electricity breakdown.
If there is electricity load shedding, the problem increases due to non-availability of generators and required signal towers.
we have been experiencing this issue for about a year, because the telenor customers/users/ consumers are increasing day by day but the telenor company has not increased the number of signal towers nearby/around and even the already installed signal towers are not properly maintained, upgraded/updated and/or provided generator facility.
