My Account Has been Debited and Customer Complaint Mgmt is Unable to Resolve

I am using SadaPay from last 1 to 2 Years. On 3 May 2023 an amount has been debited from My Account without my knowledge by SadaPay. When I have inqured about the deduction they are unable to satisfy me that why they have deducted the amount. I ask for the complete statement in which the deduction amount details also depict which they are unable to provide, moreover, they shows up very unprofessional behavior and did'nt respond to my complaints several hours via chat system that they have introduced.
I have raised 3 to 4 questions from the team which they did'nt responded properly not only this they stopped responding me every time I asked them about the issue.
I have called on their Helpline on which they were unable to resolve the issue.
