My account got temporarily restricted
I made a transection to my father and after few days my account and his bank account both get restricted, he submitted an application and filed a complaint after that his account was removed from the hold and his card was unblocked too. I never heard from sadapay, I sent them dozen of emails, tried their in app services but that BOT is such a stupid thing, I even tried their helpline no one responded. So is there any way my issue can be resolved?

REVERSE FUNDS
I SENT PAYMENT OF RS14,000 TO MY SADAPAY ACCOUNT. BUT WHEN I OPEN MY SADAPAY ACCOUNT THEY TELL ME THAT MY ACCOUNT WAS PERMANENTLY RESTRICTED I ALSO FILL THEIR FORMS BUT THEY TOLD ME TO REACH OUT EASYPAISA TO SOLVE MY ISSUE. I WANT TO REVERSE MY PAYMENT FROM SADAPAY KINDLY HELP ME TO GET THROUGH THIS. IT'S VERY URGENT FOR ME.

After that transaction my account is showing error.

Holding Funds
SadaPay worst service ever. They holding my funds which was sent from my international client ($1400) and I provided all the relevant documents. But without my permission they reverse my funds to the client according to them. But my client still not received any amount. They are such a bullshit. Never use their services.

International Transfer
SadaPay is worst for international transfers. My client sent me 90 USD only for my services. SadaPay are not clearing the payment, 10 days passed, and they daily send me new document requirement to submit.

My Account Has been Debited and Customer Complaint Mgmt is Unable to Resolve
I am using SadaPay from last 1 to 2 Years. On 3 May 2023 an amount has been debited from My Account without my knowledge by SadaPay. When I have inqured about the deduction they are unable to satisfy me that why they have deducted the amount. I ask for the complete statement in which the deduction amount details also depict which they are unable to provide, moreover, they shows up very unprofessional behavior and did'nt respond to my complaints several hours via chat system that they have introduced.
I have raised 3 to 4 questions from the team which they did'nt responded properly not only this they stopped responding me every time I asked them about the issue.
I have called on their Helpline on which they were unable to resolve the issue.
