Mibro Lite Watch Charging not working

I order Mibro Watch Lite 2 from the Priceoye, But it was not working so I returned it back upon receival of my returned order they said there were scratches on it and the refund will only be made If the distributor wants to, its kind of bullshit as there were no scratches on the watch when I was sending it back.. I have the video and every thing but they are not prepared to accept it.
