Mi earbuds issue

I buy mi earbuds basic2 from Priceoye.when i receive and used the quality of sounds these buds is like a third grade. when i complain they says we not own that issue.i send back the earbuds to priceoye they greedy and cheap who not give me my money back and not change the earbuds.so please dont waste your money at these type of third grade apps.
