Mangoes complain

I have booked mangoes from Multan to Islamabad and according to service provide mangoes will receive within 3 days but unfortunately mangoes still not departure from Multan and status is dispatched at 25th July for Islamabad and today is 28 July and mangoes almost ready for eat.
