Issue with Incoming Calls Displaying as Private Number

Dear Telenor Support Team,I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to report an ongoing issue I am facing after replacing my SIM card at the Telenor franchise in Kotmomin. Since the replacement, all incoming calls on my phone display as "Private Number" rather than showing the caller's number.I have reported this issue five times through the 345 helpline, and I was assured that the problem would be resolved within 24 hours. However, the issue persists. I have even tried changing my mobile device, but the problem remains the same.Kindly look into this matter and resolve the issue as soon as possible. If the issue cannot be resolved promptly, I may need to consider switching to another network provider.My number is +923437531399.
