Interference in Employees Domestic Issues

Hello. My wife is working as PGR in Radiology Department of Indus Hospital Muzaffar Garh. Mr Zia is operational Head in the said Hospital. I have some marital Issues with my wife these days. Mr zia is Illegaly and immoraly interfering in My personal life without knowing the actual reasons behind our conflicts. My question is who gave him the Right to do so? To maniplulate peoples personal marital life? Is he the operational Head or someone gave him the authority to destroy families? He is unfortunately taking keen interest in personal Lifes of Employees rather than his duties.My request Is to look into this matter so that future mishaps should be avoided. Thankyou!
