Dear Hospital indus
I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the excessively long waiting times I experienced during my recent visit to Hospital indus on 1-7-25. Despite arriving at 11.00 I was not attended to until 15.02, resulting in an unacceptable wait of hours.
This prolonged waiting period not only wasted my time but also caused significant distress and discomfort. As a patient, I expect timely and efficient care, especially when seeking medical attention.
I kindly request that you investigate this matter and implement measures to improve waiting times. I would appreciate a response regarding the action

Paediatric ward and emergency staff is very rude, they are extremely unprofessional.
Doesn’t take care nicely, pathetic behaviour, all the nurses and doctors doesn’t even tell about the health of patients by their own very very arrogant.
Kindly take action ASAP.!!
