I placed an order today on FoodPanda Pakistan, and after an hour, I noticed on the app that it was marked as delivered. When I contacted the Help Centre to address this issue, the call center representative bluntly told me that they couldn't assist and that I needed to reorder. This is unacceptable. In Karachi, FoodPanda’s call center staff ensures proper customer compensation, but as a guest in Lahore, I found the response here deeply unsatisfactory. The vendor should be penalized, and FoodPanda should have handled my issue more positively. I am extremely disappointed with FoodPanda’s response—this level of customer service is completely unacceptable.
