Faulty phone delivered

I ordered a phone and it was faulty from the start. I lodged a complaint within 10 minutes of recieving the phone. It's been almost 4 days I call them and they say they're still working on it and I'll get a call back within 24 hrs which never happens. I'm sick of their call center representative behaviours, they're casual and laughing on the phone. They sent me a faulty product from the start and now not owning up to it. They advertise their phones have warranty and a return period. But that's all a fascade. If I bought the phone directly from the vendor I could've simply gone to their office and asked for refund/return. But priceoye takes your money and leave you. They are biggest scam
