Terrible experience with delivery. How can you expect a customer to have the resources and manpower to help them with delivery? They are supposed to complete the delivery themselves instead of expecting the customer to arrange for it. Nowhere during the order process on Daraz was it mentioned that the delivery would not be done to my apartment. The rider was extremely disrespectful and asked me to make necessary arrangements to get the parcel to my house, or he would charge extra. These people are a big scam and I wish this company shuts down in Pakistan sooner rather than later so we are free from the worst kind of businesses who have gotten the platform and the opportunity to become an ugly monopoly.
