EFU Life Health Service

I am a JazzCash customer. An amount of Rs. 2,950 was deducted from my JazzCash account for an EFU Life health service. I was told that this service would provide annual health benefits and free doctor checkups. I did not clearly authorize or request this service. I want to deactivate this service immediately and request a full refund of Rs. 2,950. Please investigate this matter and confirm the cancellation and refund.
