Delivery of defective item and declined exchange

I have purchased two dupattas online vide order # PK-009746070. Found one damaged item, Visited outlet in Saddar Rawalpindi on 4th working day of receiving the order, they refuse to exchange. Then I contacted online after 5th working day, they also declined stating timeframe of 7 days is over. I have suffered a lot just because the item’s quality was not properly checked by the store and they sent a damaged item, outlet declined exchange for no reason during early time and later customer service is making an excuse for delay. Since the basic error lies at the brand side, I should be provided a compensation.
