Deduction of balance without any intimation

At 12:30 PM today, I was making a transaction through the JazzCash app and attempted it five times. However, each time, I received a pop-up on the screen saying "unsuccessful." After that, I logged out of the JazzCash app, and my balance was intact. I then successfully completed the same transaction using the HBL app.
Later in the evening, when I checked my JazzCash account, I noticed that the transaction amount had also been deducted from there. When I called the JazzCash helpline, the representative informed me that my 5th attempt was successful, which is why the amount was deducted. He also mentioned that the "unsuccessful" pop-ups were due to technical issues.
