Deduction of amount

Rs.700 have been deducted from my easypaisa account No (03413814403) account tital (Muhammad Nadeem) for helth services.. I also call the helpline No. (042111003737), but despite being the call for 58 minutes and 58 seconds, I was unable to speak with the representative and my balance of Rs.400 has been wasted
