Damage of shoe

Hi Dr Saleha from PIMS,
I bought a pair of shoe from ndure last months but it got damaged within one month.The leather coated on it is getting removed from above side.Its really disappointing to see the quality stuff .Kindly exchange the pair of shoe or any return policy regarding it.Its really bad experience.
