Complaint Regarding Improper Packaging at NDURE Khanpur Branch

On August 12, 2026, I visited the NDURE Khanpur Branch and purchased a pair of shoes. However, the branch manager did not provide proper packaging for the shoes. Instead, the shoes were placed in a very small shopper without the original shoe box.
When I asked about the packaging, the manager stated that they did not have any shoppers or shoe boxes available. As a result, I had to carry the shoes in my hands after leaving the branch.
I am disappointed with this level of service from a well-known brand. I request the management to look into this matter and take appropriate action to ensure that customers are provided with proper packaging and satisfactory service in the future.
