Complaint Regarding Fraudulent Delivery by Leopards and Request for Resolution

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding a fraudulent delivery incident that occurred on 26th June 2024.

On 25th June 2024, a COD parcel with CN # FS785859246 was delivered to my home address (House # S-26, Staff Lane-8, D.H.A Phase-1, Karachi, South) by one of your delivery personnel.

Very next day, on 26th June 2024, the same delivery boy came up once again and reminded that i’m the same guy who came yesterday as well and then he presented another COD parcel, demanding payment of PKR 3300 before handing it over. Upon collecting the payment, he immediately fled, leaving me with a parcel that had no sender’s/shipper’s or consignee/delivery details and no even CN number on it and having empty box in it.
