Complaint Regarding exchange of article

Dear Sir/Madam,

I respectfully submit that i am a Lawyer and I purchased a pair of sandals from your Shop, Vanike Road, Hafizabad valuing of Rs.3300/- , on 03-05-2026. Unfortunately, the sandals broke after only one use, which raises serious concerns regarding the quality of the product.

In this regard, I submitted the sandals to the branch manager on 16-05-2026 for warranty/claim processing. However, despite the lapse of a considerable period, my claim has not yet been processed, nor have I been provided with any satisfactory response regarding its status.

Your prompt action in this matter will be highly appreciated.
