Comain about easycard overcharging and misleading info

On 28th of may I recieved a message from telenor to activate easy card with pkr 157 with 3000 mbs, 80 other network mins and 1500 telenot mins. When I activated the package I recieved 2000 mbs, 60 other netwrok mins and 1500 telenor mins and they deduct pkr 180. I complaint about it on call and email and they shamelessly said it was their fault and it cannot be revert now.
