Call barring is active

Dear Telenor Customer Support,
I am facing an issue with my Telenor SIM. I am unable to claim any rewards or offers. Whenever I try to claim a reward, a message appears indicating that call barring is active.
I also tried to disable call barring through my phone settings, but I receive a "SIM or Network Error" message every time. Because of this issue, I am unable to use certain services and rewards on my SIM.
I would appreciate it if you could check my account and help resolve this problem as soon as possible.
