Account suspended dua to a specific trx

Dear sir
My Easypaisa 03364530026 account has been suspended due to a trx of 37050.i provided all the relevant prove Justification letter but they are not giving me any reply or reopening my account.
Easypaisa is very irresponsible service that they prove their response towards customer.
I am very serious for my fund.
