Account issue Transaction error

I am writing to report an issue with my Easypaisa account. My account number is +923485168042, and my name is Baigum Mai.

Recently, I have been experiencing errors with transactions. Despite having a valid CNIC and no expiration issues, I am receiving an error code SYS99999 when trying to make transactions. I have not engaged in any suspicious activity, and my account has been used for legitimate purposes only.

To provide context, my son, Riaz Hussain, has been sending me money through UBL bank. The transactions were successful, but now I'm facing issues.
