I ordered earbuds from telemart and did the advance payment. Now, my order is not being processed, there is no helpline where I can complaint or even call. This is pathetic, it is a scam . on whatsapp after every two or three days with a reply "please wait Sir" or "We are Sorry " I cancelled the order that they imediately did and now its been approx 2 month I didn' t receive any refund

Pathetic service. Ordered OPPO A78 mobile phone on 7th September 2024 with full payment in advance, but it has still not delivered yet.
My mistake was, i paid in Advance Rs. 62,081/-.
Same copy paste reply "your order will be delivered in 2 to 3 days" every time they reply.
Again and again they send same reply that “It got significantly delay at vendor end due to Product shortage in the market, Probably it may take 2 to 3 working days to dispatch from our side”. BULL SHIT…
No call just whatsapp no any other services...

I collects Microsoft coins from long time and purchase from Shopon website buying gift card but this time i want to choose telemart so I purchase gift card via Microsoft coins worth 2500 but at the time of purchase website say the code is invalid, I didn't use this code it is scam of telemart. Please help me in this regard.
My order number 3031096392885 was placed on 31st May of value ~96000 PKR, which they promised to deliver in 3-4 working days. First they delayed it for 2 weeks and when ask for refund, there is no feedback.
Telemart is a scam and there should be legal action against them.
Fruad for me just he back my payment I have requested him for telemart head just plz back my payment
In addition to trailing complaint, i found out this e-commerce platform is habitual in playing delaying tactics for user refund request...

Had a terrible experience ordering a mobile phone from Telemart. Ordered and paid on 15th May, but they failed to deliver within the promised timeframe. After a week of inquiry, they informed me that the product was out of stock and gave me the option of a refund or an alternative product. I chose a refund. However, the customer support regarding the refund delay was extremely disappointing. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, their responses were unhelpful and lacked urgency. It was a frustrating and unacceptable experience. There is no contact number for customer complaints or to speak with a supervisor/manager. I tried various channels (WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, Email, and their support portal) but still haven't got refund
Had my worst experience ordering a mobile phone from Telemart.
Order placed & payment proof shared on 15th may. As per committed time they were supposed to deliver product in 2-4 working days at max. Upon multiple queries regarding delivery date they finally replied after 1 week that ordered product is out of stock at the vendor end and I can either opt for refund or any other product. I went for refund.
I am extremely disappointed with the customer support I received regarding the delay in my ongoing refund process. Despite multiple attempts to contact the company and resolve the issue, I was met with unhelpful responses and a lack of urgency. The entire experience has been frustrating and unacceptable.
There is no contact number where a customer can complaint via call or talk with their supervisor/manager...
Tried all possible options:
Telemart official WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, Email and their in-house support desk portal https://support.telemart.pk/add-new-ticket and they keep giving me lame predefined replies "Sir we extremely apologies for the inconvenience you have faced ,
Your Refund in process we will send reminder again to our relevant department kindly wait you will get your Refund soon."
I would surely not recommend this company to anyone.

Telemart SCAM ALERT Guys, never ever order with prepayment on telemart. My story starts on 9th July 2024, I am ssing telemart from 2015 and trusted on the name of telemart hense placed the order of AC without hesitation. Telemart policy is that payment for items above Rs 50k should be in advance. So, I placed the order and paid by bank transfer of Rs 136200. They called to confirm the order. . After 3 days when I checked the order status it shows order processing, Then I’ve tried to contact via chat or live support or phone support but is not there, the number is turned off. There was a Whatsapp number which is given only to fool, it is not supported. Processing was still going on, I was generating support tickets at support.telemart.pk but I am still getting the same reply that it will be dispatched in 2-3 days and after 15 days I lost my patience and on 24th July I reached telemart physical office near Shaheed and Millat Road, after that I met the category manager of appliances. He also told me that it will be delivered in 2-3 days or later, I got his whatsapp number and tried contacted him afterward, he replied 2 to 3 times but not attending my calls and after 29th July he stop replying! . I kept calling the telemart office again and again and told him that if you have not arranged for me to cancel my order on 26th July. But my order cancellation email came on 31 july 2024. It is clearly mentioned on the website that if telemart failed to fulfill the order they will refund in 5 to 10 days but it is not so. Then I visited Telemart again and again and met the reception guy and contacted him via Whatsapp. They make me feel bagger to asking for my money. Finally in the 5th visit I spent 1 hour sitting in their office received the cash check on 20th August 2024 after 43 Days of order placement because I was in Karachi and visiting Telemart office regularly and sat their 1 Hour each time. If anyone is outside Karachi then Allah is the owner of your money. Well, by the grace of Allah, I got my refund after 43 days of placing the order, on which my every visit was 1.5 hours long, fuel cost and 30 rupees for parking also. Their model of business I realized is that when an order is received, they rush to the market to get the product. Any smart person should think 100 times before shopping from telemart or read online reviews, all the screenshots are attached!!!!! Say no to advance payment in Pakistan especially To TELEMART
