Urgent Complaint against Regarding JazzCash Business App

I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I have received from JazzCash Business App, specifically concerning a loan I have taken. My experience has been nothing short of a nightmare.

I availed a loan of Rs. 5000/- and successfully made the first partial payment of Rs. 4915/-. However, I am currently facing persistent issues in paying the remaining Rs. 1374/-. Every attempt to submit the payment results in an error, despite having sufficient funds in my account.

I have contacted the JazzCash Business helpline, and unfortunately, the representatives have been unhelpful and dismissive. They provided a complaint number "COM0285144," assuring resolution within 24 hours.
