Undelivered Order

I placed an order on [Order Date], but I have not received my parcel. On January 2, I got an email stating it was delivered, but that never happened.
When I visited the delivery partner's (Leopard) office, they told me the responsible employee had resigned, and the status was updated without actual delivery. I filed a return request, but after 20 days, there was no response.
Later, customer support provided an ID card number of the person who supposedly received my parcel, but it does not match mine. I canceled the return request and filed a complaint with my ID proof attached, but after 3 days, Daraz canceled it, claiming I didn’t respond—despite all details being provided.
