Unblock my account

In panic I send 500 rupees in my unused blocked easypaisa account, after calling there helpline 111003737 I lost my 200 rupees but I didn't find any option during the call to talk with representative. They are SCAMERS, hold customer amount and they intentionally not unblock there accounts.
