Unauthorized Transaction from My JazzCash Account

I am writing to report an unauthorized transaction that occurred from my JazzCash account without my permission. On May 28, 2025, at 17:32, an amount of Rs. 399.00 was transferred to PI Pakistan Pvt Limited.



I did not initiate or authorize this transaction. My account details were used without my consent, and this raises serious concerns about the security of my JazzCash wallet.



I request JazzCash to investigate this matter urgently, reverse the unauthorized transaction, and ensure that appropriate security measures are taken to protect my account from such incidents in the future.
