Unauthorised deduction of funds and poor customer support by Jazzcash

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with Jazzcash, a digital wallet service provider. Despite my repeated attempts to resolve the issue through their customer support helpline, I have been met with incompetence and neglect.

On 20th March 2025, I attempted to make a transaction through Jazzcash for the first time. Unfortunately, the transaction failed due to a technical error. However, to my surprise, the amount was deducted from my account. I was left with a failed transaction and a debited account.

I immediately contacted Jazzcash's customer support helpline, but my calls were met with unprofessional and unhelpful responses. The representatives failed to provide any meaningful assistance or resolution to my issue.
