Unable to attain NOC through Jazz Cash Application

I have repaid Ready Cash loan for Jazz Cash. Now wanted to attain NOC but application is not allowing to extract NOC through Ready Cash Bank Alfalah option.
Its urgent requirement if you can please send it through my email.
My complaint ID is COM1819708 but unable to travk that too. Do you have any proper procedure for attaining NOC.
Even call center number is not getting responded. Getting frustrated now with their casual attitude. If there is any way guide properly. I have been trying to get my issue resolved since 9th December.
