Transfer issue

Dear respective sir/miss on June 9 , 2025 at about 0530 PM I have make a transaction of Rs 3420 from my jazz cash account to the my bank account via my raast ID. I have received the message of completed transaction and I also have the transaction id which will I provide to after you respond to me of this complained . So, I'll request you sir/miss please resolve this issue . If you want more information about the transaction please respond to me of this complained.
