Transaction not success

Respected Sir, AOA! I made a complaint number 14185452 dated 14-07-2023 to Mobilink Jazz Cash who gave me 7 days time that your complaint will be resolved. My complaint was that I had made a Jazz Cash transaction of 26000 in HBL account which was not transferred there.
Since July 15th continuously I have been given a new complaint ID and told to wait for some time your complaint will be resolved. But till today my complaint has not been resolved and since two days now I have been receiving continuous calls from Jazz Company saying that you have made a complaint of 26000. When I say yes, they tell me that you will get a code and your money will be refunded. Who are constantly trying to defraud me. Now the thing is that I have a Compliant Jaz
