On February 28th, 2023, I transferred 17500 rupees from JazzCash to Bank Al Habib. However, the recipient did not receive the payment. I complained to JazzCash, and it took them more than half a month to resolve the issue. Even after the resolution, the payment was still not received by the recipient. I later noticed that there was a difference of one number between the recipient's IBAN and their actual bank account number, which may have been causing the issue. I attempted to send a small amount of money using my bank account and their IBAN, which was successfully received by the recipient. I suggested to JazzCash that they try sending the transaction using the recipient's actual bank account number instead of the IBAN, but they have not.
